Financial Literacy 09
On Friday 26 June the Retirement Commission will host Financial Literacy 09, a one day summit in Wellington. It will bring together key New Zealanders interested in improving our population's financial literacy.
WHERE: Ilott Theatre, Wellington Town Hall, Wakefield Street, Wellington
It will be an important forum for sharing knowledge and experience, and extending delivery of current financial literacy initiatives.
The findings from the 2009 ANZ – Retirement Commission Financial Knowledge Survey will provide a key base for discussion.
International speakers will also share their experiences. They are Wendy van den Hende from the UK, Chief Executive of Personal Finance Education Group (pfeg), and Annamaria Lusardi from the USA, Professor of Economics at Dartmouth College and an expert in the field of financial literacy.
